Refund policy
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are granted ONLY with an MBH ADVANCE RETURN AUTHORIZATION (ARA) number, arranged in advance by you, and approved in writing by MBH. Your original RECEIPT MUST accompany your return. If applicable, A Flat Rate shipping fee will be charged against your refund on all FREE SHIPPING Orders.
All refunds are granted solely at the discretion of MBH, and charges against your refund for any loss and/or damage to the product, accessories or the packaging will be charged.
Our return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, and organisms cannot be returned.

. Downloadable software
. Publications
. Media products
. Electronic or recorded/printed/published media
To complete your return, we require an Advance Return Authorization (ARA) and a receipt or proof of purchase. Email or call us to request an ARA number.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days of our refund determination.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
In ALL cases of exchanges and/or Returns, an ADVANCE RETURN AUTHORIZATION (ARA) number is REQUIRED. If you have ordered the wrong parts, you are responsible for the costs of shipping the order back to us and will not be refunded your shipping costs to originally receive the order. We do replace items if they are misshipped, defective, or factory-damaged. In the case of Carrier-caused damage, ALL Carrier rules (USPS, FEDEX, UPS, DHL, etc) and instructions apply - DO NOT SHIP TO US IF THERE IS CARRIER-CAUSED DAMAGE.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product AND your original receipt, with your Advance Return Authorization (ARA) number plainly marked on the outside of the box to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping that you paid to receive your original order will be deducted from your refund. Where a "Free Shipping" offer has been included in the original purchase, a minimum Flat Rate Shipping value will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. In ALL cases, your original receipt AND your ADVANCE RETURN AUTHORIZATION number MUST accompany your return.
